1. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp & Email.
  • This message will include your Order ID, which you can use to track your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Day 1: Bat preparation begins.
  • Day 2: Final checking and packaging.
  • Day 3: Bat is dispatched to the courier company.

3. Tracking Details

  • Day 4: Your Tracking ID is generated within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • You will receive it via WhatsApp, SMS & Email.
  • The courier company will also send a message regarding your shipment.

4. Order Tracking

To track your order:

  1. Visit www.hittersports.in and go to the "Track Order" section.
  2. Enter your Tracking ID to check the order status.
  3. Or, click the Tracking Link sent to you for direct tracking.

5. Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 7-8 days after dispatch.
  • Total delivery time: 10-12 days from the order date.
  • Remote locations may take 2-4 extra days.

6. Delays & Support

  • If your order is delayed beyond 12 days, contact our Customer Support team.
  • Please avoid repeated calls/messages—use the tracking steps mentioned above.
